What is Soft Washing, and why do we do it?
Pressure washing can be very harmful to siding, brick, stone and shingles. Without the right equipment, professional help and knowledge, pressure washing ANYTHING can leave multiple markings and very possibly major costly issues. So with that being said, we use a process called Soft Washing! Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants and water, to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mildew and algae.
